Terms and Conditions
In order to pay for parking by phone, customers are required to set up an account with a valid credit or debit card. Any new phone parking transactions will cost a maximum 20p service charge and any existing parking sessions which you wish to extend will cost 10p in service charges. Any optional texts are also subject to a 10p service charge.
Please remember parking suspension may be in force at any time in any pay by phone location. Always check the signs at the location and where necessary find an alternative space. Normal parking regulations apply including maximum stay restrictions.
Phone and Pay are not liable for mobile network delivery failure or mobile network coverage. Payments must be made at the time of parking. Enforcement will occur if you have not paid for parking, or if your paid time has expired. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct vehicle and location information is entered when parking.
